Turning a claim in shouldn’t be difficult and it didn’t use to be. Today it’s much different. The business environment has changed drastically over the last several years. Some business’ are focused on their needs and unfortunately have lost their focus on their customers’ needs. When you turn a claim in today, you may be dealing with someone in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Illinois or another city or state. This person doesn’t live or work in our community and may not have the same concern for you as someone who does.
