I just wanted to take the time to thank you for your help and courteous service concerning my GMC Jimmy. I called Monday, concerned with a tire with a slow leak. I was concerned that perhaps it might have had something to do with our accident, as that tire had been pretty scuffed up.

As it turned out, I had picked up a nail. You folks went "beyond the call of duty" in having the tire checked, repaired, and then would not allow me to pay for it!

Please know that I do appreciate this. It is small gestures like this that are really big gestures to the customer. I know I am hypercritical when it comes to my car and its care. I thank you for indulging me!

To be honest, I hope I never need your services again -- but, in the event that I do, I would be back. In the meantime, I would certainly recommend you to others, and I will tell friends and family how accommodating you have been.
