Professionals Auto Body uses a process that’s similar to what bigger companies use like Toyota, GE and many others. This process eliminates waste (delays) in the overall process of handling a claim and repairs. This process allows us to be very accurate with finding damage and fixing damage that others typically miss, and best of all allowing us to fix vehicles almost 3 times faster than the average shop.

As you see in the chart, J.D. Power did a study 2010 on CSI (customer satisfaction index) this is the level of overall satisfaction.
Also, what was looked at in the study was Cycle time, the speed that it takes to complete a repair based on an average $2500 repair. The lower cycle time is the faster repairs are being completed (based on 2009 study).
This report is from customers using insurance companies Direct Repair Programs.
In one report the highest CSI ratings was 86%, this number has dropped to 84.8%. Read the J.D,Power Study and see why consumers are reating insurance companies so low. My opinion is it has to do with bad service, telling people it’s going to be cheaper for your insurance rates and raising them after people switch, not very trusting. The study backs up this statement!
