I chose Professionals because they were highly recommended by friends and family members. Immediately I was given a temporary replacement vehicle, which was not covered by my insurance, and walked through the entire process. I was notified through every step of the repair and painting process and charged no additional fees, yet provided with extra services free of charge. My car was completed in very little time and is more flawless today than it was previous to the accident. I have no complaints at all, only gratitude for excellent service and quality. Yep, that’s plural folks. Josh has had a string of incidents that someone should write a Country Song about. First a deer decided it wanted to be a hood ornament. Then the very evening his car gets out of the shop, someone hits and runs him at a convenience store. Insurance took care of both repairs, minus the deductible of course. So he has his car back about a week and his brother Sean notices that his rear bumper is being melted by the exhaust. It seems the exhaust was bent out of shape just enough that it caused the fumes to be directed at the bumper. As far as we can figure this happened even before Josh bought his car. So back to Professional’s we go. They repaired the exhaust for the estimate they quoted, then they replaced the bumper for free. I am very impressed with their generosity. Josh’s car looks great. My car looks like brand new inside and out! Everyone we talked to was wonderful, courteous, patient, and very much willing to explain everything in perfect detail. Everything was reasonably priced and all the freebies are awesome! Now I know, I will never take my vehicles for repair anywhere else! Love, love, love this place!
