Thank you, PAB, for doing such a great job on my PT Cruiser’s bumper. It looks great. Aside from a very well done repair, I am most impressed with PAB’s customer service, which is RARE these days. Dawn kept me informed throughout the whole process and made it very smooth. There was no inconvenience to me at all. Not only that, but customers get a free oil change (applicable to any of my cars) and a flower! Wish all the places I do business with were like this…

I just want to say thank you for fixing my Altima and making it look like it came out of the showroom. Brenda, you are perfect at your job making sure that I knew what was going on and even calling the insurance company about a letter they sent me. Can’t thank you enough for how it turned out even going so far as cleaning the interior. I am very pleased with everything, would definately return.

I had a past good experience with PAB when they repaired some paint damage to my Jeep and the work was excellent. The work they did after my accident left the Jeep looking literally “good as new”. The first day I took the Jeep back to work one of my co-workers asked me what made me decide to get a new Jeep and when I told her it had been repaired she was really surprised and asked who did the work. Well, I just couldn’t say enough good things about PAB. The friendly courteous service started with Dawn and carried through to everyone I came in contact with. Dawn helped me through the insurance claim and getting my rental car, the work was done in a timely manner and the bonus services they provide were the icing on the cake. I highly recommend PAB and their mechanics at KarPro who do the routine maintenance on my Jeep. Thanks again PAB and KarPro, I’m a loyal customer for life.

My husband & I have both used your services and we still would highly recommend you for all our vehicle auto body work. The office staff is friendly and courteous and is anxious to make your experience with Professionals a first rate experience. The vehicles always are repaired as quickly as possible and they do not sacrifice quality for the time allotted. The vehicles are spotless and look as good as new when we pick them up. They even do “litle things” for the customer to heighten their experience and make you a valued repeat customer when the need arises. Thus I always choose Professionals over other auto body repair shops because of the quality work that is done and the friendliness of the office staff. Thank you Professionals for a job well-done.

What can I say…..PAB is the BEST!!! As soon as a I walked in the door I knew I came to the right place. Brenda’s greeting does it all. Paula was so helpful as well with reassuring my car was going to look like it was brand new again. Thanks again Brenda for all the updated messages you left. Great work PAB!!

I have never hit any animal in my life that has caused so much hassle with my insurance company. Brenda and Paula were very nice to me and explained the steps it would take in order to get my car back to brand new condition. The only downside I would have to say about my experience here is the lack of phone calls and communication I got on what exactly was being done to my car that day and after all considering I had to be in a rental for 3 weeks. Other than that, they handled everything with my awful insurance company who didn’t bother to call me AT ALL. It was a relief that they fixed my car and got the insurance to pay for my factory bumper instead of the cheap generic bumper that didn’t line up with the bolts/screw holes. They took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the work they had done. And they gave me a carnation! Thanks you guys!

Just had a tremendous experience with Professionals. I hit a deer for the first time after 48 years driving the back woods of PA. Brenda and the gang kept me well informed of their progress and the finished job looks great. I highly recommend Professionals and am glad I chose to work with them rather than the shop my insurance company pointed me to.
